Matterport Pro3 issue: Screen Blank/camera stays on camera warming up20069

Just had my first issue with the Pro 3 yesterday. Screen is blank and camera just stays on “Camera warming up” in the app. Gonna be calling support as soon as they open and we will see how good this extended warranty is with the accelerator kit purchase a couple years ago. Warranty says they should just send me a replacement or repair it.

Has anyone received a refurbished one when getting a replacement under warranty and have you had any issues with the replacement camera?

Most of the time the "warming up" message will go away after a few minutes...might take a while but just leave it on. The rebuilt Pro3 cameras that Matterport offers for warranty exchange are good as new in our experience. Email me if you want to discuss the issue with your current camera. Mike

@MatterFix the camera did start working again after many battery changes and possibly warming it up. do you know if the issue continues to happen or it’s usually a one off issue?

I have had the Pro3 for almost 2 years and have never had an issue until yesterday. I have used the camera in the winter and in the blazing heat without any issues before.
