I just got an Insta360 x3.

Has anyone found it to be "glitchy" with the Matterport 3D software?

I have an iphone 14 Pro Max and haven't had a problem with other things attached to it. It scans and puts the scans in the wrong room. I'm in the process of seeing it it develops okay, just wondering if that was a problem. Also, it hangs up when it's scanning and I have to either turn the camera off or my iphone off and restart.
