Hi Folks, I did a job where I noticed subtle offsets in each scan in the capture app. I dont remember seeing it before. Was just running a test and I'm seeing it again (see photo-sorry, terrible image taking a photo of the ipad screen). What could be causing this? I've checked level, the tripod the bracket that locks the Pro3 to the tripod...it all looks fine. It rotates normally without any stutters, noises or noticeable shifts. Anyone else have this problem? One more clue: That last job where I saw this happening was 6 floors and even though there were no alignment errors while capturing, The model came back overlaying scans from two separate floors into one. It could not be fixed. Thanks Guys, Todd |

Personally I haven't had the issues you describe. I have however had issue with Matterport "Auto Floor Recognition" Ive had a a three floor scan turn into 7 floors after processing. I always name my floors as I scan and I disable the "Auto Floor Recognition" before I process the Job. |
