| Kudos once again to Nathan Cool. Very well explained. Especially his summary. If AI is involved in a process, the results will be virtually immediate. Lumalabs turns a drone video into a gaussian splat 3D model in minutes. Any service stating that "It's AI" and has a 48 hour turnaround, isn't AI! In the business of real estate, there will always be agents looking to spend less, who will take their own photos with their cell phones. These yield decent exterior photos but indoor shots will almost always require significant "artistic" processing to look great, be it HDR and other processes. Smart agents know that photos are the FIRST IMPRESSION that buyers get of a home and will continue to place value on what devoted photographers deliver. |
