@dansmigrod Thanks Dan for forwarding the registration info. I found the webinar informative. The webinar is more about getting in the head of realtors vs info on MP. I liked the real estate coaches statement. Regarding realtors responding, “they just don’t like Matterport”. The concept being, it’s not about what the realtor likes but what the buyer enjoys. That MP, to a buyer blows away old school pics and video. They site stats showing time spent viewing a space that’s immersive vs the same pics and videos they’ve experienced for decades. Also, explaining to their clients the many other benefits of MP’s features. I liked the idea of passing along the tour to the buyer. A great idea as a service host to keep it current or archive for their future use. Realtors need to separate themselves. MP is a way I can help them do that. Apologies for the double post on this webinar. Somehow missed your original one. Best, Charlie |

Charlie, About: “I liked the idea of passing along the tour to the buyer. A great idea as a service host to keep it current or archive for their future use. Realtors need to separate themselves. MP is a way I can help them do that.” —- Have you given some thought about how you would market, sell and price this? Dan |
