| While AI has become a fantastic tool for creating new images, it often falls short in customization, especially with architectural designs. However, Photoshop's generative AI tool offers a bit more flexibility. It's not perfect and has its flaws, but it allows us to tweak and customize in ways other tools can't. For this project, we started with an image extracted from a Matterport tour. We uploaded it to Photoshop Beta and changed the image piece by piece using the generative AI tool. This tool also allows you to upload reference images (for example, I used it to define the rustic style of the home). The project involved a house for sale that required renovation. The seller wanted to showcase the property's potential by providing an image of the house remodeled to appeal to potential buyers. What are your thoughts on using the Photoshop generative AI tool to showcase the potential of properties through remodeled images? Do you see it as a valuable approach for real estate marketing? |
