| Are others experiencing delays with BIM conversions? I submitted a request on March 29th with a posted turnaround time of 5-7 days. However, when I called support on day 10, the site updated the turnaround times to 5-25 days. After three more calls to support, I finally received an email stating that it should be ready between April 25-30th. This delay is unacceptable and unfortunately, reflects poorly on my service to my client. Thanks for allowing me to vent! |
