| Almost there.... While generative AI is developing quite impressively, this platform's AI rendering still warrants some improvement. After trying it, I'm not sure any professional realtor will accept the amount of visible distortions and generative artifacts that the renderings produce. | ||

| @Shakoure While I agree with you that Virtual Staging AI "still warrants some improvement" ... I am confused ... Given that a virtually staged image by Virtual Staging AI is: 1. under $1 2. unlimited revisions at no extra charge 3. results back within seconds Seems like it makes "cents" to just keep doing revisions until the image is "good enough" to send to a client. I could imagine offering an Add On -- AI Virtual Staging -- for $99 to virtually stage: 1. living room 2. bedrooms (all) 3. dining room 4. home office For client that want non-AI Virtual Staging, charge what you charge per image now. You already shot the space. Virtual Staging is an easy, fast and affordable Add On to offer. Your thoughts? Dan |

@DanSmigrod ...The pricing is indeed really cheap, but of course it is... it's a generative model that can auto produce thousands of images 24/7. However, I don't think most professional realtors would use photos that contain distortions even if it was free. If you look at the example image below, you'll see the wood warping of flooring and bottom edges of the wall, the legs of the table merging into each other, the softened definition the AC unit, and other artifacts... all hallmarks of AI generated imaging. All of the images I asked it to generate had these problems. However, the science is there for improved training of their model, which I think is just a matter of time. In fact, I'm a lot more excited about what we can achieve with Sora by Open AI once it releases a photo to video modal. The clip includes a real estate sequence. |

| @Shakoure I am suggesting that you only send the real estate agent the best image generated: not every image generated. For example, I created 22 versions of the dinning room (top of post). I shared 8 of these in this WGAN Forum discussion. If I was sending a virtually staged image to a client, I would only send one of these eight. For clarification, I would pick just one virtually staged image to send to the client. Dan |
