Matterport Scan button disappearing intermittently19608

| Matterport Pro2 Iphone 12+ Camera updated earlier today before the job. I was doing my very first scan for work by myself, and on the last balcony the scan button didn't light up (greyed out), then came and went a couple of times. At the same time my battery was now in the red due to the scanning the job. I also had one temperature warning on the iphone, and it mentioned issues with the wifi. Wasn't sure what to do as so I deleted my previous practice job in case it was a space issue. The button came and went during the next 2 balcony scans, which took ages waiting for the button to come back, then repeatedly drop out. It also stopped me doing a 360 scan, but fortunately let me do the 3D scan. Not sure what's going on here and how to resolve this for my next job? |
