I am sure someone could possibly do this but, it sounds expensive as it is a narrow vertical market.

Virtual staging in a Matterport tour is typically charged by the number of scan positions

Thanks for the reply. This may be a dead end. Definitely a narrow vertical market.

You can do this by using a 3D modeling software for the pipes and then insert these via 3D virtual staging into the Matterport tour.

There are many ways to place 3D assets as virtual staging into Matterport. MPEMbed can do it, MPSkin can do it with the Pro subscription or you can use Simlab (link to virtual staging video). Simlab has many more functions which may be useful for this Digital Twin application. Escpecially Sim-On comes with a full IOT functionality. Check it out

For 3D modeling of pipes there may be special software programs but for sure also Blender can do it and there may be a plugin which makes it easy as soon as you have the necessary skills in Blender.

And there are also 3rd party providers who can professionally draw the pipes from CAD plans, this may give you a quick start.
