| If I am understanding their pricing model it costs 100 credits a year to keep a tour active (I hate credit models) which on their Enterprise tier would mean the model would cost approximately $30 a year to keep active. In Matterport a Professional plan running the same 100 spaces paying annually price per model would cost approximately $26.28 Am I missing something? ~ I know that REALSEE is based out of the UK but I am also not seeing any of the portal integrations (Realtor.com, Zillow, Vrbo, HomeAway 360, etc) |

| @lilnitsch For those that buy schematic floor plans from Matterport ($14.99 for a regular floor plan, $19.99 for a fast floor plan, and $34.99 for an express floor plan), that’s likely where Matterport versus Realsee virtual tours have hugh price and speed differences. For clarification, Realsee offers a free DIY floor plan creation tool from the Realsee model. This means: 1. Free DIY Realsee floor plans 2. Immediate Realsee floor plans (once you have the tour) 3. No need to request Realsee floor plan changes because you create the floor plans 4. No Realsee logo required on floor plans While Realsee does not have seamless portal integrations, Realsee does offer branded and unbranded links. Realsee is based in Beijing. | I am not sure that floor plans alone would be enough of an incentive for me. With Realsee being Beijing based I am guessing this would likely rule out any US based government projects. |

| I have had an account for 4 months, each month they automatically generated a credit and account update and it has showed just one a month for each active model. This is another thing I like about them. I do nothing and they send automated account updates. When I get back to my desk I will post screenshot. | ||

| @lilnitsch I made corrections and (many) REALSEE feature additions to the Google Sheet (chart) to compare Matterport versus Realsee Pricing and Features. REALSEE ($5,499) is 74 percent less than Matterport ($21,541) over the course of two years with: 1. 200 active virtual tours hosted for 6 months over the course of two years 2. 200 schematic floor plans ($12.99 each on a Matterport Business plan): REALSEE free with DIY tool REALSEE is as much as 80 percent less than Matterport over the course of an additional two years hosting 200 active models for six months. The big differences are as a result of: 1. Including a floor plan with each tour 2. Matterport hosting of 200 tours for six months over two years is still a two year subscription I could imagine that cost savings will vary based on the needs of the user. Matterport Pro3 Camera users already have a Matterport camera AND may not need floor plans. When you get some time, can you review: ? Google Sheet (chart) to compare Matterport versus Realsee Pricing and Features ... and push back on my assumptions in this Google sheet? Best Dan |
