New! Matterport Floor Plans Available in Color; with Furniture; Client Logo

Matterport now offers Floor Plans:

1. in color or black and white
2. with -- or without -- furniture
3. with -- or without -- a customer logo (in addition to the Matterport logo)
4. English, French, Spanish, German and Italian

These Matterport floor plan enhanced were announced today (Thursday, 15 February 2024) via:

While 3rd Party Service Providers have long provided the floor plan enhancements announced by Matterport, the Matterport news is likely to make the work floor of ordering floor plans easier.

Matterport schematic floor plans are ordered with Matterport Workshop -- while a model is open -- by selecting the "Add ons tab" [Order Settings needs to be enabled]. (Floor plans can not be ordered with a Matterport free account.)

On a Matterport Professional Plan, Matterport schematic floor plans are $14.99 with an additional $5 for color and an additional $10 for furniture, according to the Matterport Pricing page. Rush pricing is available too.

Matterport Floor plans are delivered in the following formats: PNG, SVG, and PDF

"Color, furniture, language, and expedited delivery are only available for spaces under 10,000 square feet. Logo can be added with any floor plan size available," according to a Matterport Support page.

"To better serve real estate agents and property marketers, Matterport has upgraded its RICS-standard schematic floor plans with options such as color floor plans, branding, multiple languages, and the ability to add or remove furniture. These new floor plans help agents attract qualified buyers while saving time by reducing site visits," said a Matterport media release today (Thursday, 15 February 2024).
