error when trying to log in to my.matterport.com | Help?19373

Good afternoon everyone, I am writing to you here because I need urgent help and I no longer know who to ask. For some time now I have not been able to log in to the matterport website where I have the tours hosted. It is only a problem on my computer, since if I use my partner's computer (in the same location, I can connect). I have the problem with all browsers: chrome, edge and firefox. My computer company has checked my computer but they can't find the problem either. This is the error messege (see picture attached) * Requested host does not match any Subject Alternative Names (SANs) on TLS certificate [6d4cd7a712c3009ac67e1f3ced303f335340b127ec80b9f573119246e1eabbfd] in use with this connection. * Visit https://docs.fastly.com/en/guides/common-400-errors#error-421-misdirected-request for more information. I have also checked the fastly.com website and I am not able to find the problem either. There is someone to whom this has happened too. Thanks for the help and Happy New Year everyone. |
