A family house project is a prime example of the effectiveness of conducting multiple scans throughout the construction process. The utilization of Matterport tours, seamlessly synchronized in space through the STAGES platform, facilitates a comprehensive analysis of distinct stages of the construction. This synchronization allows for a convenient timeline view and easy comparison in a split-screen mode. Explore the diverse capabilities of STAGES in enhancing the application of Matterport for both the construction industry and end clients by accessing the project through the provided public link: https://bit.ly/3sV3yet |

@Jedrzej Thank you for sharing this SIMLAB STAGES example of split screen to compare stages of construction. Plus, I could imagine many uses of the SIMLAB split screen feature including: 1. AEC: before and after construction 2. Hospitality: event space set-ups (how tables and chairs can be configured for various style events) 3. AEC: architect rendering and the finished space 4. AEC: construction progress documentation (to easily compare "what changed" 5. AEC: conflict analysis 6. AEC: BIM compared to actual construction (at various stages) 7. Insurance Claims: Insurance claim documentation (before / after loss) Other use cases by SIMLAB clients? Happy holidays, Dan |

@DanSmigrod Thank you Dan for this summary, with which you have exhausted the topic I'd like to add that one of the key target groups of STAGES users are the customers of construction companies to whom the Digital Twin documentation is given. Whether they are private customers or employees of the building owner, e.g. the facility managers, they can use the split-screen to compare the critical stages of construction with the final state, so that - to put it simply - they do not hammer a nail under the wall-mounted picture in the cable or pipe of the installation |
