I bought a Matterport Pro3 BUT have an old Classic Hosting Plan! What now?19178

| Hi! I made the terrible mistake of buying a Pro3 (  )I have a Classic Plan with 99/100 spaces in it. Question: can I create a totally new invoicing+cloud+subscription Plan with a Business Plus (needed for Pro3  )where to put my new Pro3 Spaces? Upgrading my OLD account will cost me 3.500$/year, instead of the 500$/year I'm paying now. Will Matterport complain about invoicing company-data be equal on the 2 accounts? I mean: is this accepted/allowed or is it a trick? |

| Keep your current plan. Shoot pro2 when possible and upload to that account. Start new account for pro3 and expand it as necessary. | ||

| @ELAN42 I currently run two accounts, one for the Pro 2 where I have 50 models of my 100 in a on going hosting plan. I then bought the Pro 3 and had to create new account, only thing I did not like was had to create new gmail account to open new account. | ||

| You’re good. I even ran this past my contact at MP. I have an unlimited enterprise classic and a new business plan which I bump up to the next level as the tour count grows. And I’m being more diligent about archiving unneeded scans. | ||

| I have another doubt. What about my iPad? If I start to scan Pro3 stuff, I will have to log my iPad with old project to the new account. Will it be transparent / ok, or will it be a problem if I keep logging in from one account to the other? Another question is, I also have an old iPad with old stuff: what's the best way to move a project in the new iPad that will go on with Pro3+Business? |

I missed you Dan. Ok, when I'll have the time I will open 2 new threads. and also a 3rd thread, because all of this started with a thief stealing my Pro2, and I want you all to know what happens with Matterport if you alert them that your camera was stolen: absolutely nothing. |

| Can you confirm then? If I use only 1 iPad, can I switch my Matterport user (logging out and in) between "old Pro2 cheap Cloud" and "new Pro3 expensive Cloud" easily? Will it be transparent / ok, or will it be a problem if I keep logging in from one account to the other? |
