| Pricing Matterport Pro3 scanned spaces as large as 272,000 SQFT? Hi I have a large area about 272000 sq feet. It's a school complex with many buildings. I don't need to scan inside just outside how are people pricing out a project like this ? |

| Switch to day rates instead of price per sqft. An exterior of this size will take you between 1-2 days (depending on layout, facilities and details). |

| I would estimate one day or about 8 hrs. I did 150,000 sqft outdoors at a casual pace in about 4hrs with a pro 3. | ||

| @MeshImages good to know, how do you deal with the untidy space? do you help them to tidy up before scanning? sometimes there are many debris along the street/ outdoor, pretty nasty to deal with. | ||

@neonma I’m offering a shooting service, not a cleaning service  We always shoot as it is, sure - sometimes we fix smaller details on the go, but generally the client has to take care that everything is perfectly prepared. |

| If they dont need a lot of scan density, you can probably knock it out in a day. I’d figure my day rate and add for hosting since it will take up multiple slots in your hosting account. This job could set you up for the interiors next! | ||
