Good day all, I'm using the iOS version of the Matterport scan editing tool. I have removed some wires from scans of one room and successfully uploaded them to the digital twin. I'm doing the same for the master bedroom. One scan has uploaded successfully but the other two are showing up in a different room. Anyone else run into this problem? If so, how did you resolve the issue? Thanks in advance |

@HarlanHambright Here's a link to the tutorial. It's for android, but it works for IOS as well |

I am not sure what wires are in this context. Are you trying to get 360s with something bad in them out of Matterport to fix them and bring them back with 360 import? If they are being placed in wrong spots by Cortex you can always do manual alignment in the capture app. You can delete them all from minimap, then import them one by one checking its placement and catching the one that is misaligned. Once you see it use the manual alignment to place it correctly. Then import other 360s. Usually it is just one scan that can be misaligned and all the next ones just follow its error, however I would still check after each 360 photo import that every 360 is going where it belongs. |

@Wingman The wires I'm referring to are wires for big screen tvs and cables. This may clear things up |

Then I guess you can still follow my advice. Just do not try to import more than one 360 at a time. You need to find those that are wrongly aligned. If you realign them manually all next ones most likely to be fine. | ||
