Using Ipad with Lidar, Floorplans?19096

| Is CubiCasa the only company that will make floor plans from the Ipad/Iphone lidar? I was thinking CubiCasa was inexpensive but having used them a couple times, I found out they are more expensive than places I use when using my Matterport for floor plans. If a customer doesn't want a tour than it doesn't make time sense to use the MP camera. Suggestions? |

| From my experience having some credits in your home3ds account made the checkout process easier with their app though their payment method may have improved with their app as well I only use the LiDAR method on occasion But, home3ds is my go to for floor plans & site maps |

| @lilnitsch I downloaded it on my iphone but I keep getting an error message stating AR failed. I'm going to try the new ipad tomorrow and see if it works. Thanks for the information. | ||

@fotoguy I've never paid more than $15 for the upgrade floor plan to include built-ins. I'm using a iPad pro with lidar and I love cubicasa, especially since I customize each one to add specific colors to different rooms and that really makes them pop. With the Lidsr accuracy is stellar. And I open every little nook and cranny . And I try to scan out in the front patios and any rear patios as well because they will include those .So with a little bit of work on my end and $15 I think it's a pretty good product. Where is your pain point? I don't think you can find the same quality elsewhere at the same price point, |

| @GETMYVR My pain point is they add $15.00 for spaces over 5,000 s/f. Many of the house I do are over that size so a floor plan is costing $30.00. | ||
