Matterport Old Account versus New account for Pro3?19083

| Let's see if I'm not alone in this. I have an old account with 100 spaces, I could not use it with the pro 3 so I got a new account, new email attached to that account. A) Is it passible with matter ports help to combine these ? (since it's legacy I assume no, I'd screw that account up if I did that) B) My client seems to have combined their old account with the new permissions to receive pro 3 models. I can see their account and the models I load in on the old account, link to email address A, but I can't see the combined account - so I'm assuming they need to add me ? with my pro 3 account email - so I can then see what I'm loading up - does that sound right? I just don't remember what we did to give me access in the past. thank you Spencer |

| Amending my question: I can't see my old scans in the clients account so my question is this: Can you co-mingle older pro 2 scans with Pro 3 scans - can you set up an account that will allow all of them to live together and if so I guess that would mean I'd have to migrate the older scans into their newer account? Cleary this is ramping up costs but costs aside - is this a viable solution? Or is it just part of a package they offer and maybe it's just a matter of going into their older account and transferring then to their newer account? thank you |
