The New York Times (17 August 2023) U.S. Mortgage Rate Jumps to Highest Level Since 2002 Mortgage rates jumped to a 21-year high this week, climbing back above 7 percent and making it even harder for buyers to afford homes in an already difficult market. The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage — the most popular home loan in the United States — was 7.09 percent, up from 6.96 percent last week, Freddie Mac said on Thursday. A year earlier, the 30-year rate was 5.13 percent, reports The New York Times today (17 August 2023). Source: The New York Times |

So this data shows nothing other than it could potentially be harder to sell a home. Listings with just a few picture and a short description Stay on the market the longest, after numerous price cuts, despite the fact the listing agents going to make $20,000 on the deal. Introducing a brand new way to attract buyers in all market conditions. Introducing the new all-in-one real estate marketing package. You get photos, you get a floor plan, you get a 3D virtual open house and you get a guided video highlight tour navigating you around your new home. Agents just need to build more value. Oz guys here on WGAN know how to provide that. 3d tours build value missing on the MLS. |
