| I’ve used four gimbals over the years and each generation has gotten better. Bottom line, they’re all fantastic compared to hand-holding a phone! My other tip is shoot using Filmic Pro and always in Apple ProRes format that is available on the iPhone 13 Pro and 14 Pro. Makes a big difference when color timing and balancing dynamic range for bright window views and darker interiors. Very nice setting Filmic Pro to 60fps for playback at 30fps. Then make your moves “twice as fast” as you want them to appear and the time shift helps make all the motion extra smooth. Filmic Pro automatically makes the time shift so you don’t have to do it in your editing timeline. |

| Hi, I recently worked on a property that had photos. 3D Matterport, floor plans and video. The listing is 3012 Staley Rd Grand Island NY... And if you Google that address you will see every website that has it listed. I can only find one site that pulls the video from the MLs feed every other real estate portal has access to but I'm just finding it on it Redfin. The problem is this property has had 700 views on redfin and over 13,000 on Zillow. I try to prepare my clients for the largest audiences, like Zillow and they're not really showing videos anymore. The matterport for this property has 835 unique visitors. The video has about 40 views. I'm just not seeing where video actually shows up guys in the MLS. Maybe it might be different in your area. |
