By collaborating with VIEWAR, we have created a remote support system for facility management.

Within SIM-ON platform: sensor notification allows for immediate problem location in the digital twin Matterport space. An installation data repository stores the necessary technical information in one place. An emergency ticket toolkit is used to provide guidance.

Within ViewAR: Guidance notifications are coordinated with the guidance function to the problem location. The co-worker receives comprehensive information on how to track and solve the problem. By combining Digital Twin with Augmented Reality, a complete remote support path is created, allowing real-time delegation of tasks and eliminating operational errors.

In both applications, a standard configuration environment is based on Matterport scan. Data from the SIM-ON platform is transferred to the ViewAR interface to match the real status of the device and take instant, effective action.
