| A former real estate client reached out to me today writing the following: "A few years ago you did photos and Matteport for me. Then I ended up not using the pics/mat because the seller decided not to sell. I am going to be listing the property shortly. Do you still have these pics I tried to open but could not." I've searched and searched but can't find the images anywhere. Looking back at our emails, I believe she had only asked me to shoot the Matterport. MY QUESTION.... I actually still have this model in my account along with the floor plans. Would you charge for this? This was from May, 2019... Thanks, Charlie |

| Did you charge and receive funds at the original time of shooting the property? I have on occasion had a couple of my agents ask me for photos of a property that I shot for them in the past and if all I have to do is simply send them a Dropbox link I’ll typically do is at no charge as long as they are a good client |

| It's really not a crazy question. I get charged by Matterport for all of the extra models beyond what my subscription covers and for some reason I never deleted that property. I really need to go in there and clear out old models to get my account in line. | ||

| I guess you were trying to be funny? I did what I have normally done and just sent her the link. Her response? "I’m so happy you still have the Matteport. I am bringing on the listing August 9th. So I will use this, the house still looks the same. I really appreciate that you found it. Thank you for responding so fast too. I have a fuzzy memory about the pics, this works though. It looks great. I’m really pleased." All good. |
