Sitting down with Gino Blefari, Chairman of BHHS and CEO of HAS and RJ Pittman, CEO of Matterport.
Gino is sharing his journey of his real estate career. Starting with just one dollar in his pocket, he studied hard to become a successful realtor. It was not easy, but shortly after he became a realtor, he was offered the opportunity to become a manager at Contampo Real Estate and then a partner. Gino brought the company to another level, from 65 agents to 650. Looking back, he thought it was hard to be a realtor, but even harder to be a manager. However, he grew the company to the level where Realogy bought them out. He stayed on board as a President and C21 Contampo became # 1 in the world. As an SVP of NRT at the same time, Gino was getting great experience running nationwide company.

When his non-compete was up, Gino started his own company Intero, organically grew it with a fabulous Team. The foundation was the same as today – Trust Respect and Integrity. Any company that was successful treated their people well and that became part of Intero Value Pyramid.
Discipline is the key: Discipline Thought / Discipline People and Discipline Action. When you take the culture of discipline and combine it with entrepreneurship, that guarantees great results.
Going through up and downs, Gino’s company was the only company making money in 2009 and double it year over year.
