| Very funny watch. I switched from PC to Mac 33 years ago, and never looked back. It’s been a challenge at times. In the late 1990’s Apple was justifiably laughed at, then the catch-up revolution began. Then the iPod, iPhone, iPad, iWatch, iThis, iThat, and now Apple silicon which is roaring ahead. Yes, Apple equipment costs more, but the cross-device functional simplicity and, now, raw computing power justify the loyalty. I will soon spend thousands on a new Mac system than a PC would cost, but I’ll be replacing a Mac that has served me for over 7 years without a single upgrade or hiccup. That was grest investment and now with Apple silicon, the new machine will probably serve me as long. Plus great free support where I have rarely waited longer than 2 minutes to get live human expert help that actually solves issues. The loyalty many people have for Apple is based on our experience. |
