Client has one of my Pro 3's on a jobsite. Sent me this video of my pro 3 making a horrible sound, sounds like some gears are broken. It's 2.5 months old. He reports that now it won't even complete a full 360 rotation! A support case has been opened with Matterport but no one has responded as to what they think has gone wrong. I requested a replacement but they haven't replied about that yet either.
