I have been analyzing these recently. Spent many hours individually reviewing several hundred tours. The results are pretty amazing. Very high click through rates on apartment tours IF the tour button isn’t hidden “menus in” on the site. Renters absolutely want and use these tours. And this is independent of state and city. I’ve only had one owner drop out of very high use counts. And if they have their own tour they may be able to rent quickly and independent of say an “apartments.com” percentage payment.
