Just saw a promo to a real estate groups agents for Matterport tour any size home 199, includes 3D tour, 3D tour video, floor plan, and extracted images.

This one was for 5460 ft2. With all the above requested.

Wonder if this is national or local.

Time for us to bow out of the Matterport for realtors market I’d say

Part of the issue is that thought leaders in Real Estate have spoken almost nothing regarding visual marketing of real estate - ie: listings photos & 3D tours. Crickets. There is zero coverage in any major real estate portal that talks about how agents can MORE effectively market properties through either professional photos, 3d tours or floor plans. I've tuned in to numerous Inman seminars & major real estate conventions. ZILCH!

The entire real estate industry doesn't believe 3D tours work. That's why 80% of major real estate websites (real estate & rentals) offer zero support for it. Agents see no VALUE, therefore are willing to pay chicken feed money for it.

When in fact, it's what's selling homes across the country. My agents using them are the only agents getting new listings!

I hope this video is helpful.
