Hi all, I have a question - Is the correct terminology Tags or Mattertags? I know it used to be Mattertags but have noticed of late Matterport tends to use the phrase 'Tags' so just wondering what is the correct terminology and do we know why they veered away from the 'Mattertag' phrase. Is there a right and a wrong in this instance? What does everyone else use, I would love to hear of any wacky names people have for these. Cheers, Sam |

@samwoolford Interesting question. Thanks for posting it. Yes. Looks like Matterport has switched to Tags from MatterTags. My bias would be to call: 1. a Matterport native tag a MatterTag 2. a Matterport Partner that adds value to MatterTags as a Tag What do you plan to do going forward? Dan |

@DanSmigrod Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I think going forward I will use the word Tag as is more user-friendly for people unaware of Matterport and how its features work. Sam |

I use tags internally, when talking to clients i'll say "tags, or informational boxes" just so they know what i'm talking about. | ||
