| Hi Dan, I love shooting matterport but I want to know more about this competition in this spatial data field they seem so worried about. I didn't read it all but some 50 pages and it read like a very insecure company, that is telling it's shareholder, It's a very risky business because of a multitude of factors that they cannot control, and don't expect any dividends anytime soon. So obviously why own this stock then. Advice for Matterport: you should move to Texas where it's more corporate friendly and where they can keep more of their income instead of giving it away to California, And putting their business in direct jeopardy because of all the geographic issues that California has in particular natural disasters. But moreover, it gave me clear insight to how the SEC and these financial markets operate for the benefit of a few at the expense of many. |
