Help Please: Matterport "hexagon" around the Matterport scan number?18593

| We had to re-scan a house yesterday to update a couple of rooms. We used an earlier job. The new scans we added show with a hexagon around the scan numbers. Older scans still have the circle. We hit upload and it show a cloud with a check mark. Nothing happens after that point. Suggestions of what went wrong? |

| usually hexagons are from a Ricoh or Insta while the round ones are from a Matterport camera. What's your setup for each visit to the job? Uploads don't need as much time to reupload like the past. It took the new info and was done quick. Do you see the tour processing yet when you log in? |

| Both tours were done with a MP 2. Oddly enough, the owner had two houses he needed us to do re-scan partially. We did them. Ask to back. The second house worked like a charm. We never received a notice from MP the scan was done like we did the other house. We have tried 3 times. The only difference is the hexagons on the new scans. | ||
