Hi, I scanned and uploaded 2 tours yesterday. One came back within hours and the other is missing. I done another tour this morning and thats back already as well.

I tried re uploading it from my iPad it just says that no changes have been made since the last time I uploaded it.

I summited a support ticket to matterport, still no response. I pride myself on a quick turn around time with my customers, if I don't hear back from them soon...well, it looks really bad on me.

Anyone else encounter this?

To reUpload make some changes. For example - set and delete some trim lines.

Thanks, I placed a 2 at the end of the name and uploaded again....I wonder what happened to the first one? lost in the cloud....lol
