Zoomed Out Dollhouse View when Starting Matterport Virtual Tour?18458

I recently did a 3D Virtual Tour for a local business. I originally scanned the entire parking lot all the way out to the road because I wanted those scans to be in the GOOGLE Street View. I have already uploaded to GOOGLE Street so I went back and took a bunch of those scans out and used the trim feature to remove the 3D mesh to make it a cleaner looking Dollhouse View and Virtual Tour. However I do not like how upon starting the Virtual Tour, the Dollhouse view is extremely zoomed out (this is because the model is bigger than what can be seen) Is there a way to edit the start view or possibly permanently delete the mesh? I know I can delete the scan points and re-upload but I would like to avoid doing that if possible. |

When viewing your dollhouse, I can still see some mesh in the distance that was missed during trimming. This may be the reason that the dollhouse is showing up so small, that missed mesh is still registering? Just a guess. It is above the left of the store front.

@realcapdesign Thank you for the suggestion, but I just removed the small piece of mesh and it still looks the same upon start up.

Try to reset a start location. I guess you have done it with more mesh and that may be a reason why at your tour start the dollhouse is shown zoomed out.

@lifestyle72 if you have not reprocessed the model after removing out lying data, my guess is the start parameters for that view are set and will not change from the original processing.
