Hi. I did a huge scan yesterday. This morning I opened the project to start to mark mirrors and windows and found the app closed after a few seconds. Over and over. I still have a few gigs on Emory in the iPad so it’s not full memory. Anyone else have this issue? The iPad is ver 10.3.3. Model is MD510Ll/A. The scan is big and when I tried to delete scans, it still closes the program before I can do anything. Any help welcome. |

My app used to crash on captures with numerous scans, turns out my iPad was the issue and I had to upgrade to a newer model. I am surprised yours did not crash while you were attempting to scan the space. It looks like your iPad is under the category of not recommended for the Capture App, see the link below. I am not sure how you can get this scan to upload, maybe make sure no other programs are running on the iPad while attempting. But for future captures, consider investing in a newer iPad with more RAM. What iOS devices are supported? |

I have bitten the bullet and getting a 2019 iPad. I was able to upload after hitting start after every crash…(probably 200 times). We’ll see!!! | ||
