Urgent: Matterport Pro3 Camera won’t power up18330

Pro3 came on as usual. Then it had 3 dots on the screen. Then it went black. Now the camera won’t power up.

The matterport website is unhelpful. Any ideas?

This exact thing happened to me the other day. I couldn't get my camera to turn on. That day, it was minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The pro 2 was notorious for having issues in cold weather, so I assumed it was the same thing. I took the camera inside my job site instead of trying to start outside. Same thing. It would not start. I changed batteries and hugged my camera to warm it up quicker. Did that for about 10 minutes and then it started. So, are you trying to start it in cold temperatures?

yeah, I think I may have to send it back. It’s under warrenty. I’ll give MP a call tomorrow.

I tried it again in a dimly lit are. The screen lights up but nothing else. Just lit but blank.

UPDATE: I just left it on and it cut off by itself at some point. Decided to turn it back on again and now it's working... Very strange.

I'm still going to call tomorrow to find out what the three dots were and why it would do this.
