Hi. I was wondering if someone could answer this. I did a full home scan yesterday but didn’t get around to marking windows and mirrors. This morning the iPad I had been using died. I went to my iphone and opened up the mayterport capture app to try to work with it but I could not get access to the scans. Is my Matterport data on my lost iPad or in the Matterport itself? Thanks!

You can move 360s in the edit tool after processing. But not Trim work (Windows, Mirrors, or Trim).

Matterport has had some ongoing issues with archived files (not always but sometimes) and files that are compressed downloaded and reopened.

If you have not uploaded it for processing then it has been lost. However if you have apple backup setup and backup was done between completion of a job and the time you realised your iPad was dead you should be able to recover it from apple cloud. Also what do you mean by died? May be you can somehow turn it on and get the job exported or uploaded for processing. |
