Hi All, I'm wondering if anyone can point me to good examples of scans that include drone + blk360 + matterport. I'm a real estate agent, and have linked to a interior exterior scan that I created of a really cool listing that I sold this past summer in Warwick NY. It sold in record time for above asking, so I plan to continue this approach when appropriate. I'm looking for similar examples for inspiration Feedback welcome! Thanks Craig Exterior drone model with hyperlink to matterport showcase: clickable text Matterport showcase interior with links to exterior drone model: |

@SkyGuys Thank you for sharing your examples. The Matterport Pro3 Camera shoots better visuals that the Leica BLK360 and the Matterport Pro3 Camera also shoots outdoors (because of its LiDAR scanner). Would you like me to connect you to a Matterport Service Provider - that uses a Matterport Pro3 Camera - and covers Warwick NY (or do you want to buy a $6,000 Matterport Pro3 Camera)? In the mean time, here are Matterport tours shot with a Matterport Pro3 Camera: ✓ Any Matterport Pro3 Camera Digital Twin Samples? In my opinion the only reason to use a BLK360 in residential properties for sale is to capture big outdoor space. Considering how much this scanner costs it should not be cheap and I doubt any real estate agent will pay for it. I used it once for a property for sale but I charged extra 50% for using my BLK360. I just needed it to capture two properties under one title during a day in one model. There was some outdoor walk between them. The rest of the time even with big outdoor spaces I always used a Pro2 for it but in a right time of the day. Since there is a Pro3 do not look for a service with a BLK360, just look for a Pro3 service. It is much faster(actually almost 10 times faster) than using a Blk360 plus you get 134mp panoramas while it is only 32mp for a Blk360 As for drone shoots you can always use them in Mattertags. Here is an example where the BLK360 has been used for residential property for sale. Just scroll to Houses section and the first one called "Sold in Salisbury.." will be it. No drones shots there though. The next after it has been done with a Pro2 camera only |

Does Matterport allow data from drones? I've used photos from drones and photogrammetry (metashape) to produce a pointcloud. But I have to selfhost it with Potree. https://www.aeccommunications.com/project/pcloud.php?docNumber=61973cdc |
