Any suggestions for a flyer design company that has created an effective flyer (or has the ability) to promote the scanning service for building control, Facility management, floor plans etc. rather than for real estate sales marketing? Looking for someone that has a proven flare and can use their own imagery, words & layout to create something that will introduce the process to potential clients who don't know that the service exists (there are many unaware clients out there and it is a real struggle trying to educate them in the principle!) All the suppliers that i have been to ask me to do the design, words etc. before they can have their input which if i could do it myself i would have! As i am based in UK/Ireland maybe someone outside the region (US/CA) doesn't mind sharing their proven design with me so i can amend/use as it wouldn't be a conflict of interest! |

I would recommend you to design and text something yourself, otherwise you will have to pay much more for the studio or artist, who will help you with the final design of the flyer. 1. Therefore I would go to the Matterport website first and collect images, logos and text, as well as key facts and informations from the website and blog posts. Furthermore collect some links to the public example spaces on Matterport Disover (e.g. for demos and screenshots). 2. Then create your design, text and image concept on Canva or Piktochart. Both are very easy to pickup. This will save you a lot of money. 3. Then if you want, find a Freelancer in your area on Fiverr or on Upwork. |

I agree with @MeshImages about using Canva etc to minimize the cost of hiring a graphic designer but what ever you make I imagine you will want to put on your website too (even if you do just copy and paste the text to your webpage). I recommend you either hire a SEO specialist to find the keywords you want people to search for your service on. Then use those words in your flyer. That way you can just copy and paste the write up to your website and kill two birds with one stone. |
