 Matterport Pro3 Camera Why is the Matterport Pro3 Camera Acceleration Kit no long for sale? Hi All, Do you know why the Matterport Pro3 Camera Acceleration Kit no long for sale on the Matterport website or on Amazon? I just see the Matterport Pro3 Camera. Perhaps a temporary shortage of some of the kit? Something else? | that is correct... major shortage. it is exactly why so many MSPs as myself have still not received our cameras. they are waiting on the kit, which is included in our packages. | ||

| I am still not sure how many batteries in total comes in the kit. It says two but does it include one inside a camera? When I look at the camera only option it does not mention a battery at all so my guess it should be three with one in a camera and two extra batteries in the kit. It is just 3 of them will do for me but 2 not so much. |

| @Gladsmuir Ah! 1. Matterport Pro3 Camera battery shortage 2. Matterport Pro3 Camera Acceleration Kit includes three (3) batteries 3. Matterport Pro3 Camera (only) includes one (1) battery 4. Matterport temporarily suspended Matterport Pro3 Camera Acceleration Kit so that it can sell more Matterport Pro3 Cameras (only) until the Matterport Pro3 Camera battery shortage gets solved. | Hi Dan, I’m not sure where the three batteries with the Accelerator Kit is coming from. MSP’s have a special kit offer with three batteries, but thats by invitation only. I’ve seen references to there being a battery in the Pro3 when it ships, but this would be illegal for air freight and it simply is not true. | Hi @Wingman, My information is second hand, but someone who has been using the Pro3 says that you can manage a long day scanning with two batteries assuming access to a power point. Recharging time is not that far behind battery consumption during scanning, so swopping the batteries over once they hit 40% means a continuous supply. Personally I’d rather have an additional battery or two, once they are freely available. Oliver |

| for anybody that wants to stick with the pro 2, first try a pro 3 if you can get your hands on one. I was able to use one a few days ago and it was a dream come true. | ||
