| I'm the First in my country (for now). As the situation in my country is very hard now properties are not been sold. listing now are becoming dinosaurs. I'm a Fotographer and also a Real Estate Broker, and.. I been working for more than a year building a community of Realtors (independents Agents and from franchises). Now we are 135 Agents I a'm trying to find the better way to offer my services to them. So is very hard that any Agent or realtor pay for my services. is not my best opportunity, but it can be !, a % of the commission of the property sales, but this will me no income until the property is sale. I believe Matterport will be a key to make those properties look as they should, and make them highlight from the rest. So as a Realtor I can offer my services for a % of the sales 20% if I'm in the middle. 50% if I do the sale of the property. Basic rule of (real estate agents) This would be just in the case of Real Estate. Do you have any thoughts ? Will be this a good Way? As you said 20% for sales |
