| I have a few questions, trying to get Matterport support on the phone can be challenging. I give realtors access to the workshop (that pay) however I just discovered they cannot take a snapshot. The button is there but when they click on it it does not save the picture. Any ideas? How do we get around this? One of the features I tell agents when selling it is that they have access to unlimited photos....when a listing goes stale if its been on the market too long, getting new images can really help. |

| @LeeBlackston Please add this "fix" to the 3D Workshop "wish list" thread. I recall that one of the browsers - Safari, Chrome or Firefox - was not working. I reported it. And, Matterport planned to fix it. You might ask your client, and email answers to the following questions to: support@matterport.com which browser and version? which computer and version? which OS and version? Best, Dan |

| I guess the answer is they have to be added as a collaborator to use that feature. We are capped at 50 collaborators and not sure what happens then. | ||
