| 2 scanners, 2 people scanning under same account, large home and meet in the middle?? Anyone ever tried this? Theoretically it should I'm guessing. |

| I don't think this will work because each model that is created in the capture app is unique to the iPad it was created on. Although being logged into the same account on 2 different ipads will eventually lead to all models appearing in the same my.matterport.com account, the models in the capture app never sync between ipads. | ||

| if you overlapped one or a few of the scan areas in each model, would MP be able to connect them and turn them into 1 model? if it's over 100 scans, you're gonna get charged for 2 models anyway so why not cut down your time scanning |

| We asked for this two years ago, with the theory both ipads start at the same location with overlapping from the same camera for about 2-3 scans then separating. Each using a different camera. This would be great for larger homes or large properties. This would definitely reduce time. A win win for Matterport because for a short software modification several more cameras would be bought. But alas just another item setting on a list that we hear little about anymore. Ron |
