That's where we looked at Matterport and 3D scanning in particular and try to understand where the opportunity lies there. I just can't speak highly enough about the SDK and the API and what that's allowed us to do, we've built our software stack around three fundamental feature pillars. That first pillar is a visual equipment database. The second pillar is to push the boundaries of remote collaboration. Now the final pillar is bespoke and dedicated training. What we've built is essentially the ability to have each building customize and create training simulations, which now takes them through step-by-step critical operations that they're building. We are green building ambassadors and everything that we do we're trying to think about our impact and how we can make the built environment more efficient, more green, and just better for everybody. My energy is being placed and focused around doing what we can to make the operations and maintenance of these incredible, majestic buildings more efficient and better for everybody. We're just trying to chip away at that iceberg and I think that we've done it.
