| I would email Matterport. I ordered one the other day and the button came up but it didn't do anything when clicked. I emailed and they just sent as an attachment. I think they are having some technical issues and getting those worked through. | ||

| OK, The link they sent saying the floor plan was ready didn't have a button link to the scan, but if you logged into your portal and look at your scan there is a button top right over the scan that says "download floorplan". In case anyone else runs into this. |
