| @DanSmigrod When they say PRO3 is for Capturing "large spaces"... Does this means "more scan points" ??? Another question, Do you think PRO3 would work good for boats and cars since it has LiDAR tech ? |

| @RealtyMediaMx why do I need this file? How would.it enhance current workflow? Ps.PRO3 package with accessories (7.9K USF) has Cloud point...does this means that of you buy (just the camera)..you won't be able to use Cloud point? Or did it get it wrong! |

| OMG! this is what I was waiting so long. I use to rent BLK360 for lot of works, so now with the PRO3, I think it will be enough. And also the cenital blur zone, is very small. I was going to buy the 5.695€ one, but I want to add more batteries, but I don't see where to add more to the basket... I hope that with this new camera, we can scan bigger places. (Sorry for my English ) |

| But the MP original philosophy was to over lay photo data on 3D models. The Pro and Pro2 still developed a 3D model and overlay photo data, the camera restrictions keep the point cloud data fairly tight and because of that and close scan points the the point cloud is fairly robust. Now you are creating a point cloud with a different tool that does not need scans as close to develop a point cloud to develop the underlying model. When I was testing Faro scanners I was able to develop models that when looking at them they looked like photos. But this required several overlapping scans fairly close. We were using a scanner with technical data specs of 330 meters. As we extended the distance you could see individual points. Now the issue is the point cloud model so spars the software has an issue overlaying the photos. This is just speculation. |
