How to remove Matterport download ad from my Matterport tour?17213

| hello dear amazing community. Whenever I look at my matterport space using wp3d plugin, on mobile phone ios & android, after several second, this (attached below) ad pops upas it is shown ("download matterport app"  . Does anybody know how to disable the ad? I have contacted wp3d and they have said its not on our side.any kind of help is appreciated!   |

I have a Classic account and this additional branding doesn't appear on my tours  My personal belief is that any Paid account shouldn't have any adds to download the Matterport app but, you may need to reach out to Matterport directly to see what the case may be. I would understand this branding play with the "Free" account in which they offer. |
