@markmc90 Here is a work around. Scan each individual floor on it's own level (use the section where you add a floor other than main) Don't just scan the whole house without changing this. Once you have each floor done and the model processed, duplicate that model for as many floors as you need. Rename them (upper, main, lower) or something like that. Make it match what you actually called the level when you scanned it, as this will make it easier to remember. Enter each duplication and delete the floors you don't want. Basically delete all floors other than what you have renamed it to. Re-upload. Matterport told me before that if you are re-uploading an existing model, they will not charge for this. This method was suggested to me by support last year, and I have been using it ever since. It's not the best option, but until the new update, it's the only one I've found. PM me if you need help |
