| I have spoken to Matterport a few times in the past week, having a huge issue with the "edit' button when logging in to get photography or complete a walkthrough Am i alone here?, or are others having the same issue? Thank you Gary Roberts |

| I've also been having those issues. Sometimes I log in and edit button to go into Workshop isn't accessible. Usually fixes itself when I log out and close the browser tab and re-open a new browser tab and log in again. A few times I've had to do that more than once to be able to edit. Certainly very frustrating! |

@DanSmigrod I never really looked into it more because I was always able to eventually get it working with logging out and new tab, but next time it happens I'll try the cntrl + F5. Thanks  |

| For what it's worth, I've found a hard refresh works every time I'm experiencing an issue with the edit button: CONTROL + SHIFT + R No need to log out, close windows, restart computer, etc. Hope this helps! |

| I’m using Safari on a Mac. If the edit button doesn’t work I just use the tab refresh arrow then hit edit BEFORE I open the space. It’s a nuisance but I always get in. |

| First, let me thank you for all suggestions, i am using Chrome, have tried Edge, both failures. I have tried the hard re boot, refresh F5, to no avail, it worked once, and actually when it did, after a few minutes, it shut me down, and closed the program. Being in Canada and part of the country wide system shutdown with Rogers, last week i am getting very tired of technology lol lol. I did receive a note from Matterport tech this morning suggesting issue to be resolved today We will see. Wondering what kind of credit Matterport will offer when i ask  Again, ty for chipping in, this is a Matterport issue, which needs to be resolved yesterday. |
