Urgent: Matterport Server error code 3???!!16609

Hi all, The capture app is refusing to upload a couple of jobs - I'm getting a "Server error Code 3" message. Any help appreciated. Best regards, John |

@Jrphoto I'm sure you already know & this and tried it: update app if needs it - restart iPad - reset wifi router - cross your fingers - retry. | ||

@GETMYVR Thanks for response. Tried all of the above, I also tried to upload a different job on a separate iPad, same "Server Error Code 3". Also tried to re upload a model that had previously been submitted successfully - same issue. Rebooted router and uploaded using 4G cellular, same issue. Matterport haven't offered a solution yet apart from the obvious rebooting etc. |

Problem solved! Simple solution - Signed out of my Matterport account on each of the devices and logged in again, all working fine now. Many thanks John |

@Jrphoto could be a path error, have you tried logging out of your account on the app then relogging in?? | ||
