| .. Hi all,it's 2022 and same question needs an update: 1- How do you price your matterport jobs? (What is your pricing formula?) 2- Please also tell me "how much" and which currency you are using. For me, I estimate according to space size and complexity so I do not have a specific formula. I did this 27000 Sqfeet space (2500 Sq meters) for 4000 USD$ "2 years ago" (Shot on insta360 ONE X by the way) Murdoch University Dubai It will help a lot of you can share with me your price formula from around the world for a better overview. | I have heard/read many times $0.10 per square foot or €1.00 or £1.00 per square metre. Not a bad starting point. But it depends on the services that you offer and what the local competition is. You need to do your research. $4000 for 27,000sqfeet sounds about right given that it is a large space. You have no shortage of money in the UAE so theoretically you could charge much higher prices. Do you offer floor plans, mattertags, highlight reels, videos, extended hosting, a hosting site, GSV, still photos. I don't have a fixed price ever. I talk to the client first to see what is involved. The shooting time and Matterport assembly is the easy part. It is the rest that takes time! |

| I would do 2500 sqm for much less as charging it based on sqm with my bulk rate would make it close to your price in AUD. It is 10 hours job for me and $4000 for a day looks like a lot. I would charge no more than AUD$2000 for it top. However it is in Australia where budgets are not so big. I would be probably charging the same as you in Dubai if I were working there. |
